All it really says is that Cambodians are not very closely related to Russians, or Albanians to Africans, these being among the people you would chose "at random" off a NYC street.But these sort of false comparisions are rife in these "Jewish studies".The proper comparision would be to the degree of relatedness among another distinct group of people. For instance, how related are Russians in Moscow, or Germans in Stuggart, or Irish in Dublin?
